Esta es una de las canciones que me conmueven hasta el llanto. Supongo que el hecho de saber que Elliott Smith se suicidó también ayuda. Recuerdo que cuando descubrí sus canciones, al principio, me era imposible encontrar ni un solo disco de él en las tiendas, estaba indignado. Luego, nominado a un Oscar por esta canción de Good Will Hunting, y al aparecer en la BSO de American Beauty, se hizo un poquillo más conocido. Me encanta porque es uno de los pocos cantantes que conozco que no confunde sensibilidad con sensiblonería, porque con toda esa delicadeza que pone en sus canciones, al mismo tiempo sus letras están llenas de rabia y cierta angustia. Uno de los momentos más surrealistas de mi vida fue cuando le dije a mi amiga Mónica que había muerto. Ella me echó una bronca a mí, como si yo tuviera algo que ver con ello (niégalo ahora).
